Walk-In Drive For Service Desk Roles on 1st November 2014 @ Kolkata

Primary Skills:
Excellent Spoken and written communication skills
Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
Basic working knowledge of Desktop/Computers
Good Presentation Skills
Candidate will be responsible for  interacting with clients and troubleshooting client’s technical issues.

Qualification:
Only Diploma Holder (12+3, 10+3), BSC, BCOM, BMM, BSc IT, BSC(CS), BA candidates are eligible.
Minimum score of 50 % in 10th, 12th and Graduation ( from a recognized university)  is required
Only 2012, 2013, 2014 passouts are eligible www.presentjobs.com
2011 candidates will be considered only if they have some working experience in any field.
A maximum education gap of 1 year is permitted.

Note: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/MTech/MCom/MBA do not match the requirement and will not be considered
